Terms of use

1.1. AI Fanfic Generator at https://aifanficgenerator.io is operated by SWIFT DIGITAL TOOLS LLP ("we", "us"). It provides tools for writing, storing, editing, illustrating and exporting fiction.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, including its AI tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Do not use it if you are under 18 or do not agree.

1.3. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Use an email address you control and keep it up to date.

2.1. You control your manuscript and decide which suggestions to apply. AI can produce inaccurate, unsuitable, unoriginal or inconsistent results. Review text and images before using or publishing them.

2.2. We do not claim ownership of your original writing. You allow us and our service providers to process the material you submit as needed to provide the tools you request, store your work and operate the service.

2.3. You must have the rights or permission needed to submit and use your material. AI output does not guarantee copyright protection, originality or permission to use another person's characters, images or work. Respect third-party rights and the rules of any publication platform.

2.4. Exporting or preparing a story for publication does not publish it to another platform automatically. Keep an exported copy of important work.

3.1. Use the service lawfully. Do not submit content involving sexual exploitation of children, non-consensual intimate material, threats or instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing. Mature fictional content remains subject to the service's safety checks and model-provider restrictions.

3.2. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive information about real people. Do not impersonate others, infringe their rights, bypass safeguards, attack the service or access another person's account or data.

3.3. We may refuse a request or restrict access when needed to prevent abuse, protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

4.1. Purchases and recurring subscriptions are currently unavailable on this English site. Any complimentary credits are usage allowances for the writing tools; they are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.2. AI actions use credits as explained in the interface. Availability depends on your remaining balance, model-provider availability and the service's limits. We may change future complimentary allowances; this does not create a payment or subscription.

4.3. If paid services become available, their price, currency, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions will be shown separately before you make a purchase. These terms do not authorise any recurring charge.

5.1. The service and its AI providers may have interruptions or errors. We do not promise a particular creative or commercial result, uninterrupted availability or that AI output will suit every purpose.

5.2. You are responsible for reviewing your work and deciding how to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6.1. Our Privacy notice explains account data, story processing, cookies, providers and your privacy rights.

6.2. You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion or assistance exporting your data, contact contact@aifanficgenerator.io from your account email address. We may need to verify the request and finish or cancel running work before deleting it.

7.1. The current version of these terms is published here with its date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service or email before they apply. If you disagree, stop using the service and contact us about your data.

7.2. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in courts available to them under applicable law.
